When I finished work today, I went to the bank to fill-in some car transfer document first but forgot to buy car insurance. Then I went to service S.A to submit the registration papers After 10 minutes of waiting for the procedure to be finished, now the car totally belongs to me.
After that, I went to the supermarket for some grocery shopping, I saw a vergetable called the ""beetroot".which I had never seen before in Taiwan. I did try the beetroot saland at a restaurant as a side dish last weekend, it was very tasty, so I decided to buy it and will try make it tomorrow, Have you try it before ?
I just checked the recipeto make beetroot salad on the internet, and it does not look too difficult,I will show you a picture when I make it.
