I made Korean fried chicken last weekend. It was very delicious. so I wish to share the recipe.

 

Ingredient:

*chicken wing / wing stick : 10 pcs

*milk: 200cc

*salt: 1 teaspoon

*blackpepper: 1 teaspoon

*potato power: 50 gram

*tomato sauce: 5 spoon

*Korean spicy sauce: 1.5 spoon

* 1/2 lemon (small)

*whith sesame: 10 gram

*garlic: 3pc

*oil

(Depend on the flavor of you preferance, you may add more spices or chili sauce)

Procedure

 

1.Mix milk with blackpepper and salt together in a bowl then put chicken wings into the bowl for 15 minues to absorb the flavor, also to make the chicken wings more tender.

(Submerging chicken wings into milk will make tenderize the meat, yogurt is an alternative)

 

2.Mix the rest of ingredients into the bowl except oil,  potato power and garlic.

 

3.Pour the oil into the pan and wait for the oil to heat up. Cover the chicken with potato powder then put into the heated pan with oil. Deep fry the chicken until it's skin turn gold then take it out quickly to place on the plate.

 

4.Stir fry the garlic with high heat to bring forth the savory aroma, then put all the sauce in to cook for 2 minutes. Pour the chicken into the pan and continue to stir fry to make sure all chicken is well cover by the sauce.

 

5. Set the chicken on the plate nicely and sprinkle some white sesame on top for coloring.

 

Than enjoy with your friends.
